Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TERAKUBE ("TERAKUBE", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our website and the TERAKUBE Kubernetes optimization platform. This is a general template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, and message when you contact us or request access — and standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) collected automatically when you use the website.

Within your Kubernetes clusters, TERAKUBE processes operational metadata — workload names, resource requests/limits, utilization metrics, node inventory, and cost signals. It does not require access to your application data or source code.

2. How we use information

To operate and improve the platform and website, respond to inquiries, provide support, generate cost and savings analytics for your clusters, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

3. Cluster data & residency

Optimization can run entirely in your cluster, or with models hosted in your own cloud account. Where models run centrally, encrypted model artifacts are loaded into memory and authorization is cross-checked server-side. You control where your data and models reside.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (e.g. email delivery, hosting) under appropriate confidentiality terms, or where required by law.

5. Retention & security

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. We apply least-privilege access, encryption in transit, and other safeguards described on our Security page.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise them.
