These Terms govern your use of the TERAKUBE website and platform. This is a general template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
TERAKUBE provides Kubernetes cost optimization and FinOps software that runs in or alongside your clusters. Features, node ceilings, and packaging are described on our Pricing page and confirmed at onboarding.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.
3. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed per cluster, per month, at the price for your tier. Optimization automation is opt-in. Node ceilings apply per tier, with a grace period if temporarily exceeded. Estimated savings are informational and not guaranteed.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for granting appropriate least-privilege access, for reviewing optimization policies before enabling automation, and for the configuration of your own clusters and cloud accounts.
5. Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. TERAKUBE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature survive termination will survive.
